The traditional concept of ceramics refers to all man-made industrial products made from inorganic non-metallic minerals such as clay. Since its main raw materials are naturally derived silicate minerals (such as clay, feldspar, and quartz), it falls under the category of "silicate industry," along with industries such as glass, cement, enamel, and refractory materials.

 

Ceramic nozzles have particularly wide applications in industrial fields. For example, in steel smelting, ceramic nozzles can be used to spray pulverized coal or oxygen to promote reactions within the furnace; in chemical production, ceramic nozzles can be used to spray chemical agents or catalysts to achieve specific chemical reactions. Furthermore, ceramic nozzles play an important role in agriculture, such as in sprinkler irrigation systems, where precise control of the water spray angle and flow rate enables efficient water resource utilization and uniform irrigation of crops.
