Description

Zirconia Ceramic Parts are compact precision components made from 3Y zirconia for mechanical and insulating duties. They are used in robot-joint accessories, textile yarn-guide assemblies, photovoltaic equipment and automation positioning or connection systems where small ceramic features are built into the machine structure.

Core Advantages

Micron-Level Precision Option

Standard tolerance is ±0.01 mm, and ultra-precision machining can reach ±0.001 mm. The tighter option is intended for compact positioning, rotating and guided assemblies where small dimensional changes directly affect clearance or alignment.

Wear Stability Under Repeated Friction

Dense zirconia offers very high wear resistance. Yarn-guiding, sliding and high-frequency reciprocating surfaces are less prone to rapid groove formation or edge loss, so their working geometry holds for longer under repeated friction.

Resistance to Chemical and Oxidizing Exposure

The material resists acids, alkalis and oxidation. In humid process areas, chemical-handling zones or equipment cleaned with chemical media, the ceramic surface does not produce the rust or oxidation products that can contaminate a precision interface.

Customization

  • Zirconia Grade

3Y zirconia is used for standard parts. Wear-enhanced or toughness-enhanced zirconia can be selected when a project needs a different balance of material properties.

  • Part Structure

The product range includes miniature parts as well as thin-wall, irregular and more complex structures. Drawings can define stepped bodies, curved profiles, integrated features and other non-standard sections.

  • Feature Configuration

Holes, slots, grooves, shoulders, chamfers and local mating surfaces can be made to the drawing. Customer-supplied ceramic material can also be processed for non-standard projects.

Quality Control

Miniature, thin-wall and irregular parts are checked after forming and sintering for distortion, cracks, chips and edge damage. Damaged or deformed blanks are removed before they reach precision machining.

After finishing, inspection focuses on small holes, slots, grooves, shoulders and mating features that affect fit or movement. Contact or optical measurement is chosen according to access and geometry, with exposed edges checked separately for chipping.

Before packing, each finished part is checked for the required dimensions, appearance, quantity and cleanliness. Packaging is then selected to protect thin walls, finished edges and precision contact surfaces from part-to-part damage during transit.

FAQ

Q: How are Zirconia Ceramic Parts packed for export?

A: Packaging is selected according to part shape and the agreed protection requirement.

Q: What are the payment terms for custom parts?

A: 50% deposit and 50% balance.

Q: Are standard zirconia parts electrically insulating?

A: Yes. Zirconia is non-conductive under normal industrial use.

Q: Will zirconia parts be attracted by magnets?

A: No. Zirconia is non-magnetic.
