Haining Yifeng Ceramic Technology manufactures custom technical ceramic components from customer drawings, physical samples and application requirements. OEM work starts from a defined part or specification. ODM work starts from the operating conditions and assembly requirements, then moves into material and part development.
OEM projects usually begin with a drawing, sample or agreed specification. Yifeng reviews the dimensions, interfaces and installation features, then sets the manufacturing route for the ceramic part.
ODM projects begin with the application. Wear, insulation, temperature, chemical exposure, mechanical load and mating geometry are used to select the ceramic material and define the part before sampling.
What can be customized
The main variables are the part geometry, material and finishing requirements. Each one is set from the drawing, mating part or operating condition.
Part geometry and dimensions
Curved surfaces, integrated features, holes, slots, chamfers and mounting details can be produced from a drawing or matched to an existing assembly. Dimensions that affect fit, movement and positioning are handled as the main control points.
Ceramic material
Yifeng works with alumina, zirconia and other technical ceramic materials. The choice depends on wear, insulation, temperature, chemical exposure, mechanical load and the risk of chipping or fracture in use.
Grinding and finishing
Grinding and polishing can be followed by drilling, slotting, chamfering and other finishing work. The final route is set after sintering according to the dimensions and surface condition required by the assembly or contact area
From technical input to production
Review the drawing, sample or requirement
Work starts with the drawing, sample or application requirement. The review covers material, geometry, mating dimensions and operating conditions before the sample specification is set.
Make and check the prototype
The prototype is made with the selected forming, sintering and finishing route. Fit-critical dimensions, geometry, surface condition and process feasibility are checked. Any required changes are made before the specification is finalized.
Release the approved specification
Once the sample is approved, its material, dimensions and process route become the reference for repeat production. Future batches follow that confirmed specification.
Sample the part before repeat production
For custom ceramic parts, Yifeng can produce a prototype before repeat production. The sample is checked against the drawing or agreed specification so dimensional or design changes can be completed before the production version is fixed.
Sampling is also used when a new geometry, a ceramic replacement for another material, or a replacement component is being introduced into an existing assembly.
