Haining Yifeng Ceramic Technology checks precision ceramic parts against the approved drawing, specification or confirmed sample. Inspection is carried out during production and again before shipment, with the check points selected according to the shape and use of each part.

01
Clear acceptance basis
Inspection follows the approved drawing, specification or sample.
02
Checks at key stages
Parts are checked before, during and after ceramic processing.
03
Parts held when needed
Parts outside the agreed requirement are separated before release.
Quality checks run through the production process
Yifeng's production route covers raw material processing, mixing and molding, debinding, sintering and finished-product processing. Inspection follows the same route so that issues can be found before the part reaches the final stage.
Forming condition
Part shape, visible forming defects and batch status are checked before later thermal processing.
Sintered condition
Parts are checked for deformation, cracks, edge damage and conditions that can affect later finishing.
Finished features
Critical dimensions, holes, slots, mating features and finished surfaces are checked before final inspection.

Dimensions and working surfaces are checked separately
Many ceramic parts combine assembly dimensions with exposed working surfaces. The inspection method is selected according to the geometry and tolerance on the drawing, using contact or optical measurement where suitable.
Different ceramic products have different inspection points
Yifeng manufactures ceramic blades, photovoltaic equipment ceramics, ceramic parts for industrial robots and ceramic yarn guides. The inspection focus changes with the way the part is mounted, contacts other parts and works in service.
Edges and mounting features
Checks focus on edge continuity, tooth profile, chipping, flatness and the position of mounting holes or slots.
Fit dimensions
Hole and slot position, thickness, mating dimensions and exposed surfaces are checked around equipment interfaces.
Assembly and alignment
Mounting interfaces, concentric features and finished contact surfaces are checked where positioning and movement depend on them.
Guide surfaces
Guide grooves, contact faces and edges are checked for geometry, chips and surface conditions that can affect yarn movement.
Final inspection covers the parts and the shipment
Before packing, finished ceramic parts are checked against the released specification. Appearance, required dimensions, accepted quantity and cleanliness are confirmed before shipment release.
Packaging keeps ceramic parts separated and protected. Extra attention is given to sharp edges, polished faces and precision mating surfaces that can be damaged by contact during transport.

Inspection records stay linked to the production batch
Inspection records are kept with the product or batch so the approved requirement, inspection result and shipment can be reviewed against the same production history.
Specification reference
The drawing, specification or confirmed sample used for acceptance is identified in the inspection record.
Inspection result
Checked items and results are recorded so accepted parts can be distinguished from parts that required correction or rejection.
Batch trace-back
Records can be traced to the relevant production batch and shipment when a dimensional or application issue needs review.
