Alumina ceramics offer excellent overall performance and relatively low cost, making them suitable for most equipment components. Zirconia ceramics offer higher strength and toughness, making them suitable for parts subjected to impact loads.

 

Silicon nitride ceramics possess excellent thermal shock resistance, making them suitable for equipment operating in high-temperature conditions. Silicon carbide, on the other hand, has higher thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for special process environments.

 

When selecting ceramic materials, factors such as operating temperature, mechanical load, corrosive environment, and cost should be comprehensively considered to achieve the best application results.
