Photovoltaic Ceramic Components are used in solar-cell manufacturing equipment. The range includes diffusion-furnace ceramic boats, PECVD insulation parts, and positioning blocks for screen-printing equipment, covering carrier, insulation, and positioning functions in thermal, coating, and printing processes.
Core Advantages
Up to 1600°C Process Capability
Available materials include high-purity alumina and silicon carbide, with a maximum working temperature of 1600°C. In diffusion and coating equipment with repeated high-temperature cycles, this limit allows the ceramic part to remain in the hot-zone assembly without temperature becoming the first constraint in component selection.
Low-Contamination Alumina Composition
Alumina purity is ≥99% and density is ≥3.85 g/cm³. For parts positioned close to wafers or process hardware, the high-purity composition limits alkali and metallic impurities coming from the ceramic component itself.
Controlled Fit for Carriers and Positioning Parts
Dimensional accuracy is ±0.05 to ±0.1 mm. Ceramic boats, insulation parts, and positioning blocks can therefore be produced to a defined equipment fit instead of relying on manual adjustment during installation.
Customization
- Drawing and Geometry Input
Non-standard parts can be developed from customer drawings or physical prototypes. Holes, slots, shoulders, locating faces, and equipment-specific mounting details can be included in the finished geometry.
- Order Quantity
There is no fixed MOQ. A project can begin with sample or prototype quantities, then move to repeat production after the part and process are confirmed.

Quality Control
Thermal-process parts are checked after the relevant firing and machining stages for deformation, cracks, edge damage, and dimensional change. If repeated temperature cycling is part of the requirement, the batch can also receive thermal-shock verification followed by a dimensional recheck.
Holes, slots, thicknesses, locating faces, and visible process-contact surfaces are checked against the approved drawing or sample. Fit dimensions and exposed working surfaces are reviewed separately before packing.
Final release includes a check of accepted quantity and cleanliness. Batch inspection records are retained, and third-party inspection can be arranged when it is written into the order requirement.
