PV Ceramic Insulating Parts are used at high-voltage insulation positions in photovoltaic manufacturing equipment. Common locations include PECVD coating systems, diffusion-furnace power assemblies, RF systems, and other energized sections that need conductor separation or an electrically isolated mounting point.
Core Advantages
≥10^14 Ω·cm Volume Resistivity
Volume resistivity at 20°C is ≥10^14 Ω·cm. This value supports the use of the ceramic body as a high-voltage spacer, support, or insulating interface where current leakage through the component must be limited.
≥15 kV/mm Dielectric Strength
Dielectric strength is ≥15 kV/mm. For a spacer or insulating wall with limited thickness, a 5 mm ceramic section corresponds to more than 75 kV of theoretical material dielectric capacity before application derating is applied.
Mechanical Support at Elevated Temperature
Flexural strength is ≥350 MPa and the maximum working temperature is 1600°C. An insulating component can therefore also carry fastening or support loads near hot process equipment, combining the mechanical and electrical functions in one ceramic part.
Customization

Quality Control
Electrical checks are included in the release process for insulating parts. Before shipment, insulation resistance and withstand-voltage testing verify the electrical requirement in addition to dimensional conformity with the drawing.
After sintering and finish machining, the part is checked for dimensions, hole positions, thicknesses, mounting faces, edges, and visible defects. Cracked, chipped, deformed, or out-of-spec parts are separated before release.
The finished quantity receives final inspection before packing, with the result traceable to the batch record. Third-party inspection is accepted when required, and packing separates ceramic edges and precision faces during transport.
FAQ
Q: What are the payment terms for custom-made insulating parts?
A: 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Q: What is the MOQ for PV ceramic insulating parts?
A: There is no fixed MOQ; quantity and pricing are discussed by order.
Q: Do the insulating surfaces need cleaning during service?
A: Yes. Surface contamination should be removed periodically so the insulating surface returns to its original condition.
Q: Are these parts intended for continuous PV production equipment?
A: Yes. They are intended for insulation positions in continuously operated photovoltaic manufacturing equipment, within the approved voltage and temperature specification.
