Ceramic Electronic Components are insulating and structural parts, normally made from 3Y yttria-stabilized zirconia, for electronic and electromechanical assemblies. They are used in precision electronics, photovoltaic control components, automation equipment, instruments and intelligent control systems as spacers, supports, protective structures and other non-conductive elements.
Core Advantages
Electrical Insulation with Low Dielectric Loss
The material provides electrical insulation with low dielectric loss. In compact energized assemblies, a ceramic spacer or support can keep conductors and control elements physically separated without creating the conductive path that a metal support would introduce.
Thermal Capability to 1400°C
Temperature resistance reaches 1400°C. This allows ceramic structures to work near heaters, process chambers or other hot equipment where polymer insulators could soften or lose dimensional control.
1200–1500 HV Hardness for Mechanical Interfaces
Hardness is 1200–1500 HV. Repeated assembly or mechanical rubbing at mounting points, guide features and contact surfaces is less likely to indent the ceramic or wear away the edges of the functional geometry.
Customization
- Insulating Material Options
3Y yttria-stabilized zirconia is standard. Other insulating ceramic grades and customer-supplied ceramic materials can be considered when the specified electrical or thermal system calls for a different material.
- Electronic Part Size and Geometry
The standard size range is 1–300 mm. Drawings can define micro-sized or irregular spacers, supports, sleeves and multi-feature insulating bodies.
- Precision Range
Machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm as standard and can reach ±0.001 mm for ultra-precision work. The chosen tolerance is applied to the mounting, spacing and alignment features identified on the drawing.

Quality Control
Inspection begins with the approved component drawing or confirmed sample. Formed and sintered pieces are checked for deformation, cracks and edge damage before the mounting and insulation-spacing features are finished.
Final checks cover spacing dimensions, holes, slots, mating faces and exposed surfaces in the electronic assembly. Cleanliness and edge condition are reviewed separately because chips or local damage can interfere with closely spaced components.
Before packing, 100% of the finished components are checked for specified dimensions, appearance, accepted quantity and cleanliness. The result stays linked to the production batch and the same acceptance basis used for release.
