Heat Resistant Ceramic Parts are zirconia-based technical components for equipment with elevated-temperature working zones. They are used in photovoltaic thermal equipment, industrial heating systems, textile high-temperature machinery, heat-treatment fixtures and automated protective structures mounted near heat sources or hot process surfaces.
Core Advantages
Standard Temperature Rating to 1400°C
The standard temperature rating is up to 1400°C. In continuous heating zones, radiant-heat areas and hot fixtures, the ceramic keeps its structural form at temperatures where polymers soften and many metals begin to lose strength or dimensional stability.
Low Thermal Expansion for Temperature Change
The material has a low thermal expansion coefficient. During repeated heating and cooling, smaller dimensional change at the ceramic helps reduce movement at mating features and limits thermal strain between the part and surrounding hardware.
Wear Resistance in Hot Contact Zones
Zirconia combines heat capability with hardness and wear resistance. Guide faces, contact pads and moving features that rub while hot are less prone to rapid scoring and profile loss than softer high-temperature materials.
Customization
- Heat-Grade Material
3Y zirconia is standard. Ultra-high-temperature ceramic grades can be considered when the application exceeds normal zirconia duty or requires a different thermal material system.
- High-Temperature Geometry
Both standard and irregular heat-resistant shapes can be made to drawing. Supports, rings, sleeves, blocks, shields and integrated fixture features are among the available forms.
- Precision Range
Standard machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm, with ultra-precision machining available to ±0.001 mm. The selected grade is applied to mounting and alignment features that remain critical after thermal processing.

Quality Control
Parts are checked after forming and sintering for warpage, cracks and edge damage before final machining. Particular attention is given to the surfaces that locate the ceramic in fixtures or assemblies exposed to heat.
Finished mounting interfaces, thicknesses, holes, slots and contact faces are measured against the released drawing. Parts with chips or dimensions outside the specified requirement are separated before release.
Every finished part is inspected before packing, with third-party inspection supported when the order specifies it. Packaging is chosen to protect finished mounting and contact surfaces from ceramic-to-ceramic contact during transport.
FAQ
Q: Can a sample be made before production?
A: Yes. A prototype or sample can be provided before mass production.
Q: What are the payment terms for custom Heat Resistant Ceramic Parts?
A: 50% deposit and 50% balance.
Q: Are zirconia heat-resistant parts electrically insulating?
A: Yes. Zirconia remains an electrical insulator in typical industrial assemblies.
Q: Will zirconia form rust scale at high temperature?
A: No. Zirconia is an oxide ceramic and does not rust like ferrous metal.
